Do you need help with the basic navigation of our eshop?

Item selection

• Choose the product you wish to buy from our catalogue or use the product search.
• Put the selected product into your shopping cart by clicking on the “Buy” button. Don't forget to watch for our regular special sales.
• Check the cart to make sure you have all you need. You will also be shown products related to the ones in your cart, such as components important for proper function of your selected products.

Choose delivery and payment method

• Next you choose a method of delivery and payment most convenient to you.
• If you choose personal collection you will collect your order from our Prague branch.

• If you choose one of the shipping agents your order will be delivered to your designated address.

Delivery information

• All that is left to do is to fill out your delivery information. If you have already shopped with us before you just enter your login data and your delivery information will be filled out automatically. Or you can register to make use of our loyalty benefits, or complete your one-time purchase without registering.

Order completion

• Your order starts to be processed when you submit your cart. You will be notified of all subsequent developments by email at the address you entered in your contact details.
